Mike Tremonte (ASCSA student 1989-1990) with his son Isaiah and friends came by the School this morning. Director Jenifer Neils showed them the new Wiener Lab and the Makriyannis Wing, before turning them over to me (Mike and I were fellow students at the School in 1989-90). After seeing the new Archives at the East Wing of the Gennadius Library and taking a commemorative photo on the second basement of the West Wing (Mike and his wife Joanna funded the construction of one of the beautiful wooden carrells in that room), we walked over to Loring Hall because Mike wanted to show his son where he lived back in 1989. Mike's first comment was "nothing has changed"! It was fun, however, to walk down memory lane.
